I successfully built and led the Global Revenue Enablement team at Insider, the world’s #9 and Turkey’s #1 B2B SaaS unicorn, overseeing operations across 26 regions.
Currently, I serve as the Revenue Leader at Kolay, Turkey’s first HR Tech SaaS startup, where I focus on driving global expansion and empowering HR professionals to manage people operations more effectively.
I’m committed to giving back to the community by supporting and empowering women in sales enablement as the WiSE Istanbul Chapter Lead. I also stay actively involved in entrepreneurial events, focused on helping the startup and scale-up ecosystem thrive.

Where can you find me after work?
I am a former athlete now drawn to extreme sports like surfing and diving into mud with my dirt bike! I start each day with breathing exercises and meditation, and after work, you’ll find me at the gym, lifting weights with dedication or practicing yoga to cultivate balance between body and mind.
I skydived in Cape Town, and it left me with a smile I couldn’t shake. I explored the Ha Giang motorbike loop in the heart of Vietnam’s stunning landscapes and camped in the Ngorongoro Crater, where we stayed alert, knowing lions weren’t far off.
